Hotel Valley Ho

Hotel Valley Ho is a historic hotel and Scottsdale icon, built in 1956. In addition to rehabilitation of the existing hotel, a 7-story tower with five upper floors devoted to residences with dramatic views of the surrounding area was added. In 2002 Valley Ho was listed on Scottsdale’s Historic Register assuring that future generations enjoy what has been called one of the best-preserved mid-century hotels in the country. WOODPATEL provided extensive pre-design analysis and planning, grading and drainage plans, parcel descriptions, water and sewer plans, and an onsite drainage report. WOODPATEL was successful in obtaining a decreased retention requirement for this 14-acre site.
