How do I apply for an open position?
Our open positions can be found by clicking here. Once you locate a position that matches your skills and interest, click the “Apply” button and you will be transferred to our Applicant Tracking System. From here, you can upload your resume and cover letter which will populate an online application for you. The second screen is an EEOC questionnaire. Once you complete this questionnaire, select the “submit” button and then you are done.
What happens to my resume after I apply?
Once your resume is received by WOODPATEL, a recruiter will review the resume and forward to the hiring manager. If you have the desired skills and qualifications, a recruiter will conduct a phone interview. If all goes well, you will be invited for an in-person or virtual interview with the hiring manager.
How do I check the status of my application?

Our recruiters will contact potential candidates directly by phone or email. Due to the high volume of requests, we regret that we’re unable to respond to each candidate individually regarding their status of the application. If the position is still posted on our website, we are working on the requisition; otherwise, the position has been closed. You’re encouraged to visit our site regularly to check for available opportunities.

Does WOODPATEL accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters of employment agencies?

WOODPATEL has signed Recruitment Fee Agreements in place with agencies that we regularly work with. We do not accept unsolicited resumes from any other agencies and will not consider or agree to payment of any referral compensation or recruiter fee for these unsolicited resumes. Furthermore, WOODPATEL reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency. Any unsolicited resumes, including those submitted to hiring managers, are deemed to be the property of WOODPATEL.
