    WOODPATEL believes in making a positive impact within our community, offices, and beyond. We are committed to the continuation of making WOODPATEL a diverse and inclusive community where everyone has a powerful voice that is welcome and heard. With a record of more than 39 years to lending its professional expertise and its good fortune to local non-profits, our leadership is devoted to maintaining and advancing our social and corporate responsibilities in our community.

  • Connect & Educate

    We foster connections with local schools and universities, helping everyone better understand the importance and potential of sustainable engineering through speaking and mentorship opportunities. WOODPATEL values our role in the CREST program and is committed to being a positive influence on education in our community. Embedded in our values is a desire to make a difference in our community. It drives us to mentor and give back. We build relationships and welcome the CREST students into our workday, team meetings and even social gatherings. In turn, CREST students provide energy and ideas, questions and answers that enrich our company culture.

  • Sponsorship

    WOODPATEL employees are passionate and dedicated donors for the Saint Mary’s Food Bank, participating annually in CANstruction, and contributing time and meals empowering those in our community who need it the most. Accountable and engaged, our company relationships extend to other organizations both near and far, from Arizona’s local Boys’ and Girls Club to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Our diverse involvement also reaches The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, and The Valley Partnership community project.

  • Volunteering Time & Talent

    We dedicate our own time to meaningful projects throughout the community, whether that entails a special pro bono project or hands-on time with Rebuilding Together. We have partnered for years with the Pipeline Worldwide Organization where we have created sustainable change, and impacted lives with our dedicated local developer, architects, and engineer partners. The Pipeline Worldwide mission is to deliver access to clean water, sanitation, and education to continue the healthy growth of communities locally and worldwide. The WOODPATEL role was consultive, guiding design teams in site master planning and as an expert land development advisor fulfilling our purpose to Create, Connect, Protect.
