Frank has more than 27 years of experience in all aspects of land development projects, both residential and commercial. He has worked on every phase of entitlement and design of large- and small-scale projects. In addition, he has managed teams on many fast-paced and demanding assignments, particularly water resources, drainage, and transportation. He works on various segments of projects from due diligence, scheduling, budgeting, and designing, to monitoring and implementing quality-control procedures. His project management style is based on organizing the ideal team with solutions-based experience to bring the project to a successful conclusion.

Frank has completed successful portions of large master planned communities including Alamar in Avondale, Talinn in Phoenix, Surprise Foothills in Surprise, and Sun City Festival Ranch in Buckeye.“I enjoy creating deep connections with our clients through fully understanding their business needs while providing unique and innovative engineering solutions.
