WOODPATEL was the civil engineer for the two-phase project for the San Carlos Apache Tribe. Phase 1 is the Apache Sky Casino and administration building with supporting surface parking. Located on Arizona State Land Department land connecting to ADOT’s State Route 77, the development required offsite public roadway access routes, almost a mile in length. Potable water and wastewater disposal solutions were also part of the WOODPATEL scope of services.
