Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribal Planning

The Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe announced plans to build a new $40 million destination casino resort on 12 acres at the Highway 69-Yavpe Connector intersection. The design is underway and pending coordination from the community. The project will consolidate the tribe’s current two casinos, Bucky’s and the Yavapai Casino. The tribe will move their allotted 566 gaming machines into the new casino. The Tribe presently owns and operates Bucky’s Casino, the Yavapai Casino, Prescott Resort and Conference Center, Sundog Business Park, and Frontier Village, a 250 acre shopping center. These properties are all on the Tribe’s 1,400 acre reservation in central Yavapai County, Arizona. The reservation is adjacent to the city of Prescott.
