Vistancia is a master-planned community with parks and miles of open space and trails. Vistancia is a 7,100-acre master-planned community with more than 17,000 homes, 820 acres of commercial, mixed-use, and business park facilities, two golf courses, multiple schools and a regional park. WOODPATEL has provided engineering services including drainage, water, wastewater, roadway and residential development. In addition, WOODPATEL provided FEMA Floodplain engineering to obtain Letters of Map Revision (LOMR) to further improve the land development opportunities.
