Verrado Community Village Health Club & Community Center Complex

As part of the master-planned community of Verrado, this 30,000 square-foot health club and community center is located on a five-acre parcel providing scenic recreation areas, sports courts, pools, an outside lounge, service areas, and parking. Project timelines were fast-tracked and required close coordination with the developer and design team including associated municipalities to meet project goals. WOODPATEL was responsible for grading and paving, drainage, water, and sewer systems.
