Mountain Park Health Center, Gateway Clinic

WOODPATEL was the engineer-of-record for Mountain Park Health Center’s Gateway Clinic located at the northwest corner of 40th Street and Van Buren Road in Phoenix. This 38,000-square-foot clinic was constructed with comfortable waiting rooms and large, accessible exam rooms that provide ample space for patients and staff to interact. The first phase of campus improvements included all new grading and drainage, water, and sewer systems for the main building remodel on 2.5 acres. In addition, phase one site improvements included:

New vehicle driveways and parking areas
Pedestrian walkways
Event courts
A large outdoor children’s playground

Phase II was a redevelopment of the improved, unoccupied north building and redevelopment of the adjacent existing northern parking area. Civil engineering services included preliminary design, construction documents, post-design construction assistance, and survey services.
