USAA Western Operations Center

USAA’s Western Operations Center encompasses more than 580 acres and employs more than 30,000 people. WOODPATEL was selected as USAA’s civil engineer and construction manager for the design and construction of the infrastructure improvements for the sweeping site. Massive improvements included the design of a water transmission and distribution system for the entire campus as well as on-site water systems for development of the individual parcels. Included on this site are two three-story buildings, two two-story parking structures, surface parking, access drives, landscaping, and hardscape.
