Trilogy at Vistancia Golf Clubhouse

WOODPATEL was the civil engineer for the Trilogy at Vistancia Master-Planned Community’s 16,000 square-foot golf clubhouse consisting of several buildings across 8-acres. This project includes a pub, maintenance facility, outdoor open space, an expansive vehicle parking area with pick-up and drop-off areas as well as an extensive cart path system.
