The Grove 44 Camelback

WOODPATEL was the master plan civil engineer for this high-profile commercial site redevelopment. The 15-acre project is located at the northwest corner of the iconic intersection of 44th Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix. WOODPATEL supported this successful project by providing pre-design services including zoning assistance, topographic and platting surveys, and civil engineering master planning. As this mixed-use project's master plan fell into place we supported the team with preliminary and final civil engineering designs and construction documents for the common space and the individual pad developments. The individual mixed-use developments included Sam Fox's Global Ambassador boutique hotel, the Phoenix Suns' practice facility, a StreetLights Residential multi-family podium building, two Class AA office buildings, a Banner medical office building, a storage facility, and a shared underground parking garage. High levels of communication and coordination between WOODPATEL, the project development team, the various design partners, and the various contractors led to the success of this high-profile project.
