The "Barn" Community Center at Power Ranch

The “Barn” is a 7,600 square-foot clubhouse located within the 7.5-acre Trailside Community Park at Power Ranch. It boasts a large meeting room, catering kitchen, and extensive storage facilities as well as a large event lawn for special evens directly outside the rear doors. The Trailside Community Park offers outdoor activities for the whole family. Residents enjoy the 2-acre catch and release fishing lake with wooden pier and lakeside trail, splash fountain, and 25-meter swimming and shallow play pool, with convenient poolside restroom. The park also features a children’s playground, basketball and sand volleyball courts, picnic and barbeque ramadas, event pavilions and a 10-acre soccer complex.
