Supima Headquarters
WOODPATEL provided complete civil improvement plans for an award-winning new 20,000 square foot, 2-story building, and parking lot on 1.5 acres. The improvement plans included grading and drainage, storm drain, water, sewer, and underground storm water retention facilities. In addition, our survey department provided:
- An ALTA survey
- A topographic survey for design
- Parcel descriptions for easements
- A final plat to combine lots
