SRP Pera Club

WOODPATEL was selected to provide civil engineering services for site renovations and two new training center buildings located on this historic campus near the Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Garden in Tempe, Arizona. This project includes major site improvements for water and sewer infrastructure, parking, landscape open space and natural desert preservation. Design options and cost implications on this project were continuously reviewed with the owner, contractor and design team in a very collaborative manner.
