Scottsdale Medical Office Building

This Medical Office Building project included development and infrastructure improvements located along 92nd Street south of Shea Boulevard adjacent to the Honor Health Scottsdale Campus. The approximate 5-acre site included a new medical office building, ingress/egress roadway with connection to 92nd Street, and left and right turn lane improvements along 92nd Street. Additional professional services included parking lot site development, and water/wastewater and storm drain utility extensions. Wood/Patel provided comprehensive coordination and communication with the entire team, including the City of Scottsdale.
