Santeo Courtyard by Marriott

WOODPATEL completed preliminary and final design for the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel. Located on 8 acres near Chaparral Road and the Loop 101 of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, it is the first Marriott-branded hotel on U.S. Tribal Land. The hotel incorporates cultural influences throughout the 3-story, 156-room hotel, and 3,000 square feet of conference space, a bistro, and a large swimming pool with outdoor event space and lush landscaping. WOODPATEL engineered the grading and drainage, water and sewer as well as provided land survey and post design services.
