Saint Xavier University

The WOODPATEL Construction Management Team was selected by the Town of Gilbert to act as the program managers for the construction of Saint Xavier University in the Heritage District of Downtown Gilbert. The University is a four-story 87,000 square-foot structure with a project budget of $40 million. The WOODPATEL Program Managers oversaw the architect, contractor, and the project manager/construction manager through design and construction of this project.
