Residences at Hotel Valley Ho

This seven-story tower was part of the Hotel Valley Ho revitalization, first built in the heart of Downtown Scottsdale in 1956. Since the hotel is listed on the Scottsdale Historic Register, this project required special attention to ensure future generations can enjoy what has been called “one of the best preserved mid-century hotels in the country.” Wood/Patel provided extensive pre-design analysis and planning, site utility service and access modification design, condominium space definition and platting.
