WOODPATEL provided the civil engineering and surveying services for the PetSmart Corporate Headquarters. Improvements for this 15-acre site consisted of a single four-story office building and associated surface parking. Provisions were made for the future expansion on the site relative to on-site retention of storm water and water/sewer line extensions.
