One Scottsdale

One Scottsdale is a unique mixed-use development that combines retail, residential, hotel, and Class A office space to create a rich and exciting experience. The project comprised 115 acres of development northeast of Scottsdale Road and State Loop 101. It is currently 60 acres and consists of 1.8 million square feet of retail, restaurant, and Class A office space. In addition, it included 1,100 mixed-use residential units, urban estates, chic condominiums, and penthouses, and 400 boutique resort hotel rooms. Reserved for premier residential living remaining 55 acres remain. As the master civil consultant, WOODPATEL assisted the project through entitlements, including master planning, transportation, water, wastewater, regional drainage, master stormwater retention, and a FEMA A01 flood zone overlay. WOODPATEL also provided phased mass excavation and infrastructure plans to support the project timelines.
