OMNI TEMPE Hotel at ASU

As a component of the ASU development of Block 22/27, WOODPATEL for the Omni Resort on the corner of Mill Avenue and University Drive. This project was a 330-room hotel with a 30,000-square-foot conference center. The resort property includes an auditorium, fitness, aquatic center, classrooms, library, game rooms, a salon and spa with four dining options, a ground-level restaurant, and extensive utility and drainage coordination between this project and Mirabella. Our work included assistance with development and lease agreements, property area calculations, ALTA surveys, and topographic surveys for approximately 10 acres of ASU land. In addition, The WOODPATEL registered engineers and land surveyors have acted as the gatekeeper for all property, easement, shared drives, and open space data, housed in one AutoCAD Civil 3D file for the owner.
