WOODPATEL provided jurisdictional delineation and permit assistance enabling a roadway that bisects the property to cross over an existing wash. Our services included field reconnaissance, topographic survey and platting to convert existing buildings, preparation of jurisdictional delineation exhibits, including disturbance area calculations and 404 permit processing for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
