WOODPATEL was selected to provide survey and civil engineering expertise to develop these 399 units on a 6.8-acre mixed-use development in Tempe. The unique project required re-zoning and combining/re-platting multiple parcels. WOODPATEL performed an ALTA Survey, lot combination plat, and a full-site topography survey for use in creating site construction documents. WOODPATEL was involved in the design process from preliminary design through final approved construction documents. Initial engineering responsibilities for this project included water and sewer basis of design reports, a full-site drainage study, and preliminary grading, drainage, and water and sewer plans. Construction documents had grading, drainage, water, sewer, and stormwater management plans. WOODPATEL also provided post-design services, including construction observation and shop drawing approvals.
