Marley Park Plaza

As the Marley Park Master-Planning Engineer, this plaza is fundamental to the overarching community. This project consisted of a 13-acre commercial retail center. WOODPATEL’s responsibility included grading, drainage, water, and sewer system design. We provided full construction documents and a drainage and water basis of design report. Marley Park Plaza is a project consisting of 2 phases. The initial phase consisted of over 140,000 square-feet of retail space including a major tenant, inline shops, and several outlots. The second phase was the remaining five acres and consisted of an office component that also included a park amenity/retention facility and connector road to the master-planned community that it adjoined. Off-site improvements to both Reems and Waddell Roads were required as part of the site development.
