This resort-style retirement community has a mixture of 350 independent living residences and 60 assisted living and memory care units. The 25-acre project included one multi-story, 700,000-square-foot building and three 35,000-square-foot detached casita buildings. Supplementary site development design elements included a swimming pool, activity center, fitness center, spa, maintenance, laundry facilities, and a three-hole golf course. Civil engineering deliverables included grading and drainage plans, water and sewer plans, flood wall plans and profile, and scour analysis for an adjacent drainage channel.
