Prologis Logistics Center Buckeye

Covering 72 acres in southwest Phoenix, Prologis has completed a phased industrial campus consisting of four new industrial buildings. The building sizes range from 222,000 square feet to 490,000 square feet. Phase two is the third of four buildings with a floor area of over 435,000 square feet. This phase required extensive coordination and timely communication due to an aggressive project schedule and coordination with SRP Water for irrigation system adjustments within USA Fee Title land. The project scope from WOODPATEL included public paving improvements for the complete build-out condition, on-site grading and drainage, fire line, private water and sewer, and stormwater management plans. WOODPATEL scope also included a traffic impact analysis, the design of a sanitary lift station, and construction staking.
