WOODPATEL provided full civil engineering and surveying services for this 80-acre, 1,000,000 square-foot Class A development including office, industrial, retail, and a hotel. Professional services included grading, drainage, and paving plans, off-site paving improvements, dry utility coordination, water and sewer improvements, multiple ALTA surveys, parcel descriptions, and final plats. Special coordination included permitting with the Federal Aviation Administration specifically due to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport radar located on the site. The site includes six buildings. The 215,000 square-foot flex industrial building was developed to U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Silver certification. Three office buildings each received LEED Gold certification.
