Legacy Traditional Schools

Several Legacy campus locations across Arizona contracted WOODPATEL for civil engineering, land survey, and construction administration services for kindergarten, elementary, and middle school students. Campuses included multiple buildings on 10-15 acres, typically consisting of a 35-50,000 square-foot administration and classroom buildings, on-site parking, athletic fields, and playgrounds. Off-site improvements often consisted of adjacent public roadway improvements and utility extensions. All programs required fast-paced design schedules to comply with aggressive funding requirements to accelerated grand openings less than a year from commitment.
