Jasper

Jasper is a large-scale clean energy community that is the first of its kind in the United States. Located in the rolling foothills of Prescott Valley, Arizona the 1,200 acre Jasper community will surpass current standards for master-planned living with innovative energy-efficient features. WOODPATEL produced final design documents for Phases 1, 2 and 3 including the 11-acre Clubhouse amenity area, a 240-unit Casitas development, and the Iron King Trailhead. In addition, WOODPATEL produced final design documents on the backbone infrastructure for Santa Fe Loop Road, Jasper Parkway, Jasper Drive, Stillwell Parkway, and Alcoma Avenue.
