HonorHealth Neuroscience Institute – Osborn Campus

WOODPATEL was the civil engineer for a new 92,000 square foot, $42 million specialty medical office building located on the Honor Health Osborn campus. WOODPATEL prepared preliminary entitlements and was responsible for the overall site grading and drainage, water and wastewater, stormwater, and paving design, in addition to providing civil site assistance and topographic survey. Design challenges on this project included working with the existing site improvements on the adjacent campus and developing several different drainage options to meet the City of Scottsdale’s drainage requirements in the most cost-effective manner.
