Wood/Patel provided civil consulting services for the 22-acre industrial site located north of the northwest corner of Mountain and Pecos Roads in Mesa, Arizona. Our consulting services included full surveying of site and civil engineering packages including schematic, design development and final engineering involving permitting for grading, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer. Wood/Patel was re-engaged to provide on-site civil engineering plans for an offloading bay addition.
