The Town of Florence contracted WOODPATEL to provide technical master planning services to aid in the development of the North End Framework Vision Plan. The project comprised 600 acres of undeveloped land, heavily constrained by an existing FEMA Floodplain. WOODPATEL envisioned raising the area out of the floodplain to gain approximately 100 acres of developable land. The Conditional Letter of Map Revision received approval from FEMA. In addition, we prepared Master Infrastructure Plans that facilitate the site’s future development.
