Estrella Falls Regional Mall, Off-site Infrastructure and Drainage Improvements

Wood/Patel worked closely with the City, multiple development teams and municipal stakeholders to plan the future Estrella Falls Regional Mall project. Anticipated to cover nearly 300 acres, key infrastructure improvements surrounding the site included the Bullard Wash and McDowell Road Commercial Corridor Improvements.
