Ellsworth Ranch

Ellsworth Ranch is situated on the former ranch and farmland of the Ellsworth family. The community design will create an atmosphere that pays respect to the authentic history of the property and the Ellsworth family heritage with intentional design elements throughout the development. WOODPATEL has prepared entitlement support, preliminary plat, and final design and construction documents for the community. Ellsworth Ranch is Taylor Morrison’s latest highly amenitized residential community located just south of the heart of Queen Creek’s downtown district at the northwest corner of Ellsworth Road and Chandler Heights Road. The community includes 452 single-family residential homes on 185 acres with lot sizes ranging from 55’x125’ to 100’x160’. Project infrastructure includes arterial roadway improvements along Ellsworth Road and Chandler Heights Road, collector roadway improvements along Hitching Post Parkway, Queen Creek Wash bank protection improvements, Jurisdictional Section 404 Delineation, Community Amenity improvements, and six distinct neighborhoods. Jurisdictional stakeholders providing permitting for the project include the Town of Queen Creek, Flood Control District of Maricopa County, US Army Corps of Engineers, Queen Creek Irrigation District, and Maricopa County Environmental Services Department.
