Donor Network of Arizona

WOODPATEL provided complete Civil Engineering for the federally designated nonprofit organ procurement organization, Donor Network of Arizona. The new office building serves as the Arizona headquarters on 5 acres at The Liberty Center at Rio Salado. Partnered with the development and owner team, WOODPATEL supplied land acquisition exhibits, including an ALTA survey, a topographic survey for design, and parcel descriptions for easements. The improvement plans included grading and drainage, storm drain, water, and sewer in connection with the overall master plan. Additionally, the team prepared and submitted the required documents for FAA approval, given the developments’ adjacency to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and doppler radar.
