District 3 Gila River Youth Home
This residential youth home center sprawls on 7 acres within District 3 of the Gila River Indian Community. As a place of respite, the site development includes a 20,000-square-foot multipurpose building and approximately 27,000 square feet of residential space, with spacious and private outdoor recreation and garden areas. Civil site work included grading and drainage, water, and sewer construction documents.
Additionally, our services included the complete street design for both South Access Road and Pear Road immediately adjacent to the site. A significant off-site drainage channel to route existing stormwater flows around the site and ties into an existing off-site channel system was required to protect the asset.
