Dignity Health Mercy Gilbert – Phoenix Children’s Hospital Medical Office Building

WOODPATEL was the civil engineer for this ground-up three-story medical office building located on the Dignity Health Mercy Gilbert Medical Center campus. WOODPATEL prepared preliminary entitlements; and was responsible for the overall site grading and drainage, water wastewater, stormwater, and paving design, in addition to providing civil site assistance and topographic survey. The project ran concurrently with the tower expansion of the main hospital on an adjacent parcel. As a result, site design required all aspects of the project to be coordinated with a separate, independent design team to ensure continuity.
