WOODPATEL worked with the development team to gain entitlements, develop master plans, and prepare final engineering documents for all aspects of the 81-acre mixed-use project in North Scottsdale. The golf element of the project consisted of an 18-hole Par 54 golf course with a clubhouse. The residential component included 114 single-family detached homesites, and the Condominium portion is nine stacked flat buildings comprising 45 dwelling units. Offsites improvements involved significant wash crossing at Pima Road, intersection improvements at Pima Road and Cave Creek Roads, and two miles of pavement overlay on Cave Creek Road. WOODPATEL also performed all aspects of the survey, including boundary, construction staking, and project closeout with as-built conditions.
