Creighton University Medical School

Creighton University has established a campus in Phoenix near the Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. The new health sciences campus includes a four-year medical school, nursing school, occupational and physical therapy schools, pharmacy school, physician assistant school, and emergency medical services program in Phoenix.

The 2.5-acre project is at the northwest corner of Catalina Avenue and Central Avenue, and the first phase building is 200,000 square feet. As the civil engineer for the project, WOODPATEL is providing civil engineering and surveying services for topographic survey, demolition plan, grading, drainage plan, water, sewer plan, stormwater management plan, fire line combination plan, off-site public water line plan, and post-design services.
