Creighton University Medical School

Creighton University established a campus in Phoenix near the Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. The new health sciences campus includes a four-year medical school, nursing school, occupational and physical therapy schools, pharmacy school, physician assistant school, and emergency medical services program in Phoenix.

The 2.5-acre project at the northwest corner of Catalina Avenue and Central Avenue and the first phase building is roughly 200,000 square feet. As the civil engineer for the project, WOODPATEL provided civil engineering and surveying services for the topographic survey, demolition plan, grading and drainage plan, water and sewer plan, stormwater management plan, fire line combination plan, off-site public water line plan, post-design services.
