This $200 million upscale assisted living community is located on 33 acres southeast of Pinnacle Peak and Scottsdale Roads. The community features approximately 270 units, including one and two-bedroom apartments and private villas. Amenities offered include a health center, fitness center, walking paths, a putting course, swimming pools, and community lounges. WOODPATEL provided complete civil engineering services. For example, FEMA required grading design to comply with the Zone AO Floodplain ordinance. In addition, WOODPATEL offered creative solutions to address multiple ADA requirements due to the density of development combined with the site’s vertical relief.
