This $200+ million upscale assisted living community opened in 2010 and is located on 33 acres southeast of Pinnacle Peak and Scottsdale Roads (formerly the Rawhide site). The community features approximately 270 units, including one- and two-bedroom apartments and private villas. Amenities offered include a health center, fitness center, walking paths, putting course, swimming pools, and community lounges. WOODPATEL provided full civil engineering services. The grading was designed in conformance with the FEMA Zone AO Floodplain ordinance. WOODPATEL provided creative solutions to address multiple ADA requirements due to the density of development combined with the site’s vertical relief.
