Resource and Senior Center

The Resource and Senior Center is a home for all community members, fully supportive, engaging, and comforting. In addition, the site characteristics will help this facility become a catalyst for transformation in the neighborhood. The project is a campus format with open landscape areas incorporating LID landscaping approaches such as bioswales and rainwater harvesting. WOODPATEL services included topographic survey, onsite civil engineering, 9th Street complete section street improvement design between Riley Drive and the south driveway entrance to the project, approximately six hundred feet in length.
