American Express Campus

Located in the Desert Ridge community in Phoenix, Arizona this 64-acre project site consists of 3 buildings and more than 2,500 parking spaces. This project was unique in that the drainage component of the project needed to be coordinated between six governmental agencies. Site cognition and knowledge proved this site, which is located partially in a FEMA Flood Zone AO1, would be successfully designed. Civil engineering services included grading, drainage, storm drain, water, sewer, and off-site paving.
