Ethan is a mainstay in leading large-scale residential communities and is an integral part of the firm’s internal innovation. He uses his well-versed knowledge of the software to help the firm push its limits in creation. He has more than 20 years of experience leading complex projects, including the  Norterra Master Planned Community in north Phoenix. WOODPATEL has been involved with the Norterra development from the onset when USAA began development on the Arizona State Land. Norterra PUD has been planned as a thoughtful community with walkable neighborhoods, meaningful open space, and connectivity to employment and commercial development.
