Tom Gettings is a registered Land Surveyor since 1983 and served as Vice President and Survey Principal of the firm. He was strategic in leading WOODPATEL’s relationships with Native American communities and was an active member of the Tribal Economic Development Committee. His experience with Bureau of Indian Affairs and Arizona Department of Transportation helped Native American Communities throughout Arizona.

Tom’s surveying experience encompassed roadways, utility infrastructure, highways, railroads and flood control projects. His expertise was diverse with survey control, topographic, boundary, right-of-way, and survey legal matters. He was actively involved with the Arizona Professional Land Surveyors Association and served on the State of Arizona Board of Technical Registration Enforcement Advisory Committee. This involvement gave Tom a unique opportunity to stay abreast of surveying issues. His unique background allowed him to focus on the big picture of projects.
