Dan has more than 20 years of experience all with WOODPATEL since graduating from Arizona State University. His expertise is in complex master-planned communities with challenging drainage watersheds and infrastructure issues. He has completed numerous projects from small infill redevelopment projects to large master-planned communities. Recent projects include Reserve at Red Rock, a challenging hillside residential development in northeast Mesa, and the new Blossom Rock Master Planned Community in Apache Junction.
