Farmland Park

Located near 87th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road, Farmland Park is a 10-acre community space that celebrates Laveen’s agricultural heritage while delivering modern recreational amenities. As the civil engineering partner, WOODPATEL provided comprehensive infrastructure support for the park’s multi-use sports fields, basketball and pickleball courts, shaded playgrounds, skate plaza, walking trails, splash pad, and community gathering areas. Our team integrated sustainable water systems and efficient site grading to ensure long-term functionality and community benefit. Inspired by the area’s historic irrigation patterns, the design reflects a deep respect for Laveen’s farming past while meeting the needs of a growing population.
