The Grove 44 Camelback
WOODPATEL is the master plan civil engineer for this high-profile redevelopment. The 5-acre project is on the northwest corner of 44th Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix. WOODPATEL was responsible for zoning assistance, topography, parcel descriptions, and master plan refinement with the development entity and the City of Phoenix. Consistent coordination, including site planning assistance and on and off-site civil engineering, enabled the master plan refinement. In addition, WOODPATEL provided additional civil assistance with our construction documentation services. This mixed-use commercial project encompasses the Phoenix Suns practice facility, two multi-story office buildings, an ancillary storage facility, repurposed surface parking, structure, supporting retail, and a boutique hotel.
